As my apprenticeship draws to a close, so will my time at Free Rangers. It has been such an amazing opportunity for me, studying at college once a week and working in the Den for the remainder of the week over these past 2 years. I have gained more experience and knowledge than any textbook could have ever taught me.
I have become more confident in my role as a key person, challenging myself and overcoming personal goals along the way. I feel very lucky to have experienced this in such a lovely setting that is Free Rangers and I’m overwhelmed with the ongoing support that they have provided me. I have, however been offered an exciting opportunity within a different setting and feel this will be a positive career move for me.
It has been a pleasure to experience each child’s individual journey within the Den Room, watching the children progress, forming friendships, creating individual personalities and seeing them flourish through play! I will miss the friends I've made along the way but I won’t be far away! Thank you for making my time in the Den one I will never forget!
