How will you ship my items?
Orders within the UK will be shipped via courier or Royal Mail. You will be sent an email to say that they are on their way. Orders from outside the UK will be sent via Fed Ex. An email will be sent to you as they are dispatched along with a tracking number too.
Can I return the clothing if it doesn’t fit, etc?
Yes, you can. We are keen to make this easy for you. Post the garment back to us and email us to let us know what postage costs you've incurred. We'll refund the garment cost along with the postage cost. If you have any questions, email returnsfreerangers@gmail.com.

Who designed our logo?
Taxi Studio take the kudos for our logo that most cleverly embraces our outdoor ethos. Also the talented Kate Daubney is responsible for creating the illustration itself, if you like her work then you'll like " I See, You See," the first Free Rangers' book!
What happens if my product doesn't cut the mustard?
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, please return it unworn within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund you, depending on what you want.
If one of our products is faulty, we will replace it or refund you.
