This delicious and richly coloured cake is a mouth watering hit with the mighty little Free Rangers here. We hope you'll enjoy making it at home too.
1 x tin of Organic Kidney Beans
5 x eggs
3 x tbsp cacao powder
4 x tbsp agave
2.5 x baking powder
1 x tsp vanilla essence
In a food processor thoroughly blend together the kidney beans and eggs and then add the agave and vanilla essence. In a separate bowl sift the baking powder and cacao powder and fold into the wet mixture.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper, spoon the mixture in and cook in a pre-heated (170 degree C) oven for 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
