Time to say goodbye!

Some of you may already be aware, that the 14th of July will be my last day at Free Rangers! After starting at Free Rangers as a student back in February 2014 and working from when I qualified in July 2014, where Gemma asked if I would like to join the team as cover staff.

Not long later Jemma in the Nest went on maternity leave where I was asked if I’d like to join the team full time – I of course said yes! Madi joined the team in the March 2015 – where we became known as the terrible two and you’d often here staff say when they saw us “oh here they are…”

We worked together in the Nest alongside Val and Wendy in the kitchen for a year before expanding with the Warren Team into the Hive!

Madi and I took a week course in London – where we both had the opportunity to expand our childcare knowledge. This was the RIE (Resource in Child Educarers) I gained a lot from this experience!

I also realised I really didn’t like heights when Madi dragged me onto the London Eye on our day off!

I’m very sad to be saying that I’ll be leaving! But I have loved my time at Free Rangers, and although I am very sad, I am excited to be taking the next step to extend my career.

I’ve gained so much from working at Free Rangers, watching the little rangers as they grow up into the cheeky little children that they are today! A lot of the babies I started with in the Nest are now about to go on to school – Good Luck guys!

Don’t worry you won’t be getting rid of me that easily! I’ll be popping in lots for cuddles! I'll hopefully never be a stranger at Free Rangers!

I just want to thank all the amazing staff at Free Rangers for everything they've done for me and also all the fabulous children and parents that I've met along the way!

Thank you for reading

Jade

PS: sorry for the huge amounts of pictures! I had too many favourites!
