For a long time now in the Burrow in one way or another Frozen has been part of our everyday routine!
When Soraya started with us in January she very bravely brought in the frozen sing-a-long CD which has a huge 32 songs on it and I am sure this CD has probably been on every day since, with Lauren, Soraya, Chynna and I knowing every single word to every song!!
With lots of singing and dancing in the burrow, some of our children have even come up with their own ideas of how to be Ana or Elsa, or Sven or Olaf! Rosie in particular came across our large piece of lycra material that just happened to be in blue….and of course Rosie immediately turned in to Elsa by wrapping the material around herself and holding it together at her neck! She strolled around the burrow singing “let it go” and telling everyone she is Elsa. H copied Rosie and used the large purple material to wrap around himself and H was then Ana!
Many others have been exploring what we have on offer in the burrow but some without knowing it are singing Frozen songs! Willow was busy at the rice using her hand to scoop some up but she was also singing “Let it go” as she played, that was until she caught me filming her and posed for the camera saying “Cheese!”.
Rosie has come in to the Burrow this week with her hair in a plait, of course because Elsa has a plait! She has been keen to tell everyone she has a plait, she even went up to the Warren to show it off!
Thanks for reading and I hope you are all looking forward to the new Frozen sequel!!
