Hello! This is a little message to announce that I am leaving Free Rangers to pursue my dreams of becoming a teacher.
It has been a hard decision and I have loved my time here. Free Rangers is truly a unique and special place and I feel very lucky to have been a part of it. Over the past year I have met so many amazing children and shared so many special moments with them. It has really made me appreciate how important the work that we do as Early Years Practitioners is and what a special and rewarding job it is.
I have spent many days with your brilliant children and understanding how they learn and what shapes them to become the individuals they are. I will miss trips around the farm, picnics in the paddock and just enjoying the environment about us and learning through play. Being 2 is such magical age and so much development happens in the Burrow on a daily basis. What makes it great is that we let our two year olds be two year olds and they learn so much from playing in the diverse environment that Free Rangers offers. The children who leave to transition into the Den are completely different from when they first start in the Burrow and our toddlers really develop their personalities, physical development and language.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the children, staff and parents that have been a part of the last year and I will take away fond memories of my time at Free Rangers!
Thanks for Reading!
Chynna!
