This week we have been focusing on settling in new children from up in the Nest and also children that are just starting at Freerangers. This week we have been reading and looking at lots of stories, building towers and exploring the surroundings of the Warren.
Our new children have settled in really well, when the children are a little sad a cuddle from the Warren staff have reassured them. They have all explored the different areas of the Warren getting used to the surroundings as they go.
The new Warrener’s have adapted well to a new routine, new practitioners and new friends. Building relationships with their key workers have gave the children the confidence in exploring the warren. Next week in the warren we are getting to know the children’s interests to plan activities that will support them in reaching their early learning goals.
